Rise N Shine!

“Be willing to be a beginner every single morning.”
― Meister Eckhart

There are times in our lives when we don’t want to get out of our bed and start the morning of our life because either we have a big challenge to face or some very sad or critical situation to deal with.

Maybe yesterday your partner broke up with you or you were fired at your work or you did not prepare for today’s exam or interview or demise of a close one or something like this.  So what? Will the life stop? Shall the world cease to exist for you? Will not getting up from the bed or cursing the day help you in any way to deal with it? I believe NO! So when something is not uplifting your spirits or helping you to face the situation in hand, why you want to waste time on it?

The show must go on……
Whatever happened was yesterday….it is the past, the history lesson in your life that will never show up again.  I call it a lesson because everything teaches us something that we can keep with us for the rest of our lives. But it should not be the baggage; it should be a lesson, something that makes you wiser and a better person with experiences.

I do understand that everything cannot become hunky dory in a day.  Maybe what you lost was the best part of your life. But then, there are many more better things to be welcomed in life. The ghosts from your past may haunt you at times. But this shall not take you down to the aisle of brooding and sadness. You still have to wipe those tears, pull up your courage, put a faint smile on your lips and remind yourself that you are the master of your life, there are still people who love you, there are still other things that are falling into place and if something has already happened either it should be fixed or forgotten.

Nothing can stop your life and nothing should. Our life is what our thoughts make it. Make it beautiful, make it easy, make it simple! As an experienced counselor take it from me, you have no option but to come out of the mess, gracefully or roughly, your choice!

Every morning the sun brings a new day, a new ray of hope and a new opportunity that you should embrace as a blessing from the God, from your higher self and from the universe.
Life is too short and too sweet to hold grudges.
Live it to it fullest and always remember……
To do or not to do is the gap between achieving and not achieving
To be or not be is the gap between success and failure
To move on or not to move on is the gap between happiness and misery

It was so well said by Oscar Wilde – “To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.”

Don’t be a mere existence in this world. Start living today so that when the last moments of your life come, you can look back and smile with no regrets to brood upon.  Rise and shine every morning with a new beginning, as everyday is a gift that God presents you with, to make your life and this world a better place.  Do something that resonates with your heart, redefine your priorities, make yourself feel special, believe in yourself, dress beautifully, eat something yummy and stay fit and healthy. Always remember, no one situation or one person in this world can be more important than your time on this earth.

Let your heart sing and let it fly!!!

  1. “Live your life excited, let no day go without having passion.
Let go of hurt and invite love, forgive haters with compassion.
Time is short and its already passing by, there is nothing to stop.
Let your mind soar higher everyday until its success o’ clock.”

Beautiful article! And truly logical, practical and sensible……. Some parts of the article like –
“To do or not to do is the gap between achieving and not achieving
To be or not be is the gap between success and failure
To move on or not to move on is the gap between happiness and misery”
